Go to start of metadata
Start → Run → type services.msc and press Enter.

This shows you Service screen. Right-click on the service you want to delete and click Properties.

The Properties pop-up opens, find the service name in general tab. eg: screenshot below yellow highlighted text is the service name.

Run the command prompt as an administrator. You can do this by searching for the command prompt on your Start menu and then right-clicking and selecting "Run as administrator".

Run the following command in command prompt:

SC CONFIG [your service name as shown in service.msc] START= DISABLED
SC STOP [your service name as shown in service.msc]
SC DELETE [your service name as shown in service.msc]
