The Questions tab on the Generate Reports page allows you to export different types of items, with or without the associated options, in the HTML, Excel, or XML file formats. This is the Question Report.
The Questions tab has following features:
Select the type of items you need in the report.
Select the box next to All Questions in Project to generate a report that includes all available items.
Select the fields to be included in the report.
Select All fields to select all the available options.
Select the order by which the items should be sorted. You may select up to three levels of sorting.
For example, you can sort items by Blueprint ID, Question status, Writer, status, last date the Questions were last modified and Question ID.
Otherwise, you may decide to select Randomize Questions in order to display the items in random order on the report.
Generate the Question Report
- Select the required options.
- Click the type of report you want to generate: HTML, Excel, or XML.
If you choose Excel or XML format, the report is either download directly or a prompt may appear asking you to view or download the file, depending on your browser settings.
An HTML Question Report appears similar to the one shown below:
Items are listed one after the other according to the selected criteria with all the required details. Clicking the Download Report downloads a ZIP file containing the Question Report in HTML format for offline viewing and sharing.
