The History tab maintains a log of all the items deleted from the application.
The user can choose one of the deleted Collection names from a drop-down populated with all the deleted Collections, after which, the information about the items it contained before deletion is displayed in a table below.
The information displayed here is as below:

|Initiated On||Date and time when marked for deletion|
|Initiated By||Username of user who marked for deletion|
|Deleted On||Date and time when deleted|
|Deleted By||Username of user who deleted|
|On Collections||Names of Collections on which the item was present|
|On Cases||Names of cases on which the item was present|
|On Sections||Names of sections on which the item was present|
|On Exams||Names of exam forms on which the item was present|
